DON’T USE THE COTTON BUDS ANYMORE: A DOCTOR DISCOVERED THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY FOR CLEANING EARS
We all clean our ears with the cotton buds which could cause inflammation or obstruction.
Also, people often use other methods that sometimes can be dangerous and ineffective. Dr. David Gill, American pediatrician says that we shouldn’t remove the earwax forcibly, but to use more effective methods with the ingredients that we already have in our kitchen.
In case of larger accumulation of earwax, it is very important to soften the solid earwax with oil. You should dip a little bit of cotton in the oil and put it in your ear gently, without pushing it.
Then you should shake your head in order to move the earwax towards the outer canal, just like when you are trying to get rid of the water from your ear after swimming in the pool. Wait for 2-3 minutes and apply several drops of oil in your ear. If this doesn’t help you, then you should combine equal amounts of vinegar and medicinal alcohol and rinse your ear with this mixture using some syringe from the pharmacy.
